Bio

I am a degree trained medical herbalist and nutritionist. I run a private clinic in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. I am also a freelance writer and regularly contribute to publications such as 'Mens Health' magazine, 'Positive Health', and have recently been featured in the Sunday Mirror magazine (UK National Press). I also regularly appear on Radio taking listeners phone ins, questions and queries, and dicussing the latest topics and issues surrounding natural medicine and natural healthcare.

I run a series of classes and services from cooking for healing and vitality, to accompanied shopping trips - where I show clients the secret to what really makes good ingredients and food choices.
